Paul McGuire is a Chartered Architectural Technologist with over 50 years’ experience. For 43 of those years working for one major Architectural practice where he started straight from school as a trainee Architectural Technician. Working for a large practice with a diversified workload enabled him to gain experience on a number of building types for example: Schools, Industrial, Banking, Retail, Commercial, Transport, Leisure, and Domestic.

 

Paul also has experience in specification writing and has worked in the Building Surveying and Landscape Architecture departments of the practice where he started his career.

 

All drawings are computer generated and submission to Local Authorities for both Planning and Building Regulation applications are made electronically via the ‘Planning Portal’ website.
